| Born December 3, 1962, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Seventh EICTV director and the first graduate to hold the position. She studied Social Psychology at Universidad de Santo Domingo. She belongs to the first generation of EICTV graduates, as film editor. In France and in her country, she has worked as scriptwriter, art director, producer, director or assistant director in documentaries -as Ti Malice (1999, winner of CNC's Aide a l'écriture prize)-, commercials, experimental videos, infomercials and feature films, as La tragedia Llenas (2006). She has taught scriptwriting and was appointed chief of Education and International Affairs of the National Film Directory of Dominican Republic. She directed the art videos Acrílica and Sopa de hongos. |
